I’ve said it before and I will say it over and over….Blue’s Clues & You! and all the iterations that came before are absolutely amazing and are quite possibly the best preschool shows out there. Following the simple, classic Blue’s Clues formula, each episode of Blue’s Clues & You! Caring with Blue clearly presents an emotion and explores the nuances, possible causes and validation of each emotion, including silly, excited and sad. The DVD is also packed with great bonus content featuring Josh, Blue and the crew teaching sign language, performing songs, science experiments and more! Olivia, who is 4, is so enamored with the show that she picks out specific episodes by name and particularly enjoys watching Blue and Magenta play together in this collection’s “Getting Glasses with Magenta”. And then she has ALL of the Blue’s Clues & You! songs stuck in her head for the rest of the day. Which isn’t a bad thing since they are so fun!
